Hello  my name is Julie . I feel I need to do something about walking your dogs . In extreme heat it’s so dangerous and life threatening to take your dog out on a hot day . I see so many people walking their dogs in temperatures  over 30 degrees. This is so irresponsible as an animal lover. NO DOG DIED FROM MISSING THE  OCCASIONALLY WALK …. Take them early morning or when it’s cooled off later .. Would love to get a law in place if caught walking your dog in hot weather. You get a fine I need to speak up for all the dogs out there what are getting dragged about in this heat . Your dog will walk with you because it’s a loyal companion  and doesn’t know it’s in danger with the heat so please please be responsible with your fur baby..  . We are supposed to be animal lovers so let’s show theses irresponsible people that it’s not acceptable to carry on behaving like this .. feel someone needs to step up and do something to stop this from keep happening
