For a very small amount of effort on the landlord or house owners part. Makes a big Difference to those who have access needs. It also increases the pool of people interested in your property.

I am a wheelchair user searching for a new home for me and my dog. There are so few properties which are accessible, and young wheelchair users are not eligible for homes marketed for the retired population. Getting specific information about accessibility will result in less wasted time and more successful lettings for Estate Agents when a property fits the bill.

It is very frustrating not to see, on the advert, if it's ground floor, if there's a lift, are there steps and how wide the doors are - it makes it more difficult.

We have wasted countless hundreds of hours over the last 40 years attempting to view properties the Agents aledgedly thought were accessible only to find that it was a tually impossible to view a property because of impossible access.

Currently looking for a house with my husband and daughter. I am a wheelchair user and including access info on listings would save SO MUCH time time and frustration.
