We the people of Sandy Port believe that we have a right to quiet enjoyment in a lifestyle of peace and tranquility that we cherish here in the Bahamas.   We are asking for local government institutions to legislatively protect this right and to enforce this right using local police. 

There have been a significant and repeated transgression of noise with decibels that far exceed common residential limits by some in near proximity to Sandyport.  The activities are manifestly unwholesome and clearly of content (Music/DJ/Elicit language) unbefitting a family neighborhood and at hours long past traditional noise ordinances of any kind.  

We are asking for immediate recognition and investigation of this activity, and the enforcement of it to terminate.

We thank you in advance for making the needs of the vast and deserving exceed the desires of a few.  Thank you for providing the environment for our kids to fall asleep at a reasonable hour again amd for our adult tranquility here in Sandyport Nassau Bahamas.
