Skullcandy gives old faulty products for sale and does not respond to mails
Why this petition matters
This is to bring your notice about the poor performance of Skullcandy earphones and the customer service it offers. I got push earpods two weeks back. First of all I received the product after cancellation but it didn't get cancelled. But I was okay with it and tried to make the best of it. I was shocked to see a old product with the date of last year mentioned on the case. It was an old stock. I was still okay with it hoping the sounds will be good. It was for a few days. Now it's not even a month but my charging case is faulty, and my earplugs of left and right do not work properly. Very low volume. So disappointed with Skullcandy especially the Indian team.The customer care mail is not working and shows address not found.
