No ReWa Sewer in the 417/101 Area

Spartanburg County Council has requested ReWa to investigate the possibility of installing a sewer in the area between Hwy 417 & 101. While residents of the area could potentially tap into the sewer, the primary objective of the sewer is to provide sewage to industry and future industry growth on HWY 101.

Pristine private lands will be sacrificed in order to bring sewage service to future businesses on HWY 101. Private land owners have not requested the service. The valley behind HWY 101 is some of the most beautiful and tranquil land around, and land owners want to keep it that way.

Industry brings jobs, but private land owners should not bear the burden of industrial growth.

As a resident or land owner in the area, please sign our petition to help us oppose the sewer project.

The freedom private land owners enjoy on their land should not be sacrificed to future potential growth.
