Virgin Media do not let you cancel contracts without threatening emails and letters. They hang up on customers. Do not provide advertised services. Their social media is littered with complaints. They continue to charge after contract is ended with threats of baliffs.
They are not fit to hold an operating licence. Ofcom will not investigate.
