I'm a Ukraine -born American citizen and my immediate family that lives in Kharkiv, Ukraine is in great distress and enduring extreme trauma and suffering. They and their city are shot at and bombed hourly for days now. Thousands of Kharkiv citizens who were not able to escape or hide in bomb shelters or metros are now stranded in their homes, in many cases without gas, heat, electricity and water. There is a shortage of food and medicine. Since Kharkiv is close to the Russian border, it appears that some of the weapons used by the Russias to bomb Kharkiv are located in Russia. It is clear that sanctions that have been enforced thus far, are not working fast enough and innocent people are suffering and dying in real time. This petition is to urge the US government to IMMEDIATELY revoke visa's of Russian Oligarchs and their Families. This sanction is likely to start an unrest in Russia and help to stop the war.
