As a community, we have raised numerous concerns since 2020 to Councillors and Police about the Park Hotel and Tabernacle Court and it's residents. All of which seems to be brushed aside. Our Village is becoming a very unsafe place to live, with evidence of drug use. Residents knocking on doors throughout the village and wandering our streets incoherent and obviously under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

There was a recent death at the Park Hotel. Police have constantly been called to the Park Hotel and Tabernacle Court following complaints from residents, there have been thefts, shouting, a car set alight in the grounds of the Park Hotel, screaming, fighting and urinating on people's properties in the village as well as very distressing instances when residents have been forced to leave the premises. Syringes and Drugs paraphernalia has been littering our streets the list is endless.

There is also concern about the anti-social behaviour at Tabernacle court, Residents have made threats to their neighbours, there is substance mis-use, drinking, shouting and swearing and fighting..We must protect our community, particularly our vulnerable members and our children at risk. We have had enough!

The licence for The Park Hotel is up for renewal in September.

United Welsh own Tabernacle Court and must be accountable for their Tenants Behaviour.
