The IPSA should review Ministers’ and MPs pay to be cut by 5% and frozen for the next 5 years as cuts are being made elsewhere, but not within parliament.  All expenses should be limited to £100,000 for all MPs and ministers. The working week to start from Monday am until Friday pm.  Any finances, investments or outside interests including links to family and spouses should not conflict with their current role. The loophole of MPs owning London property and renting it out, then claiming rent costs elsewhere and claiming hotel expenses in London should be closed.
