We as the old boys of St Joseph's voc school Mbarara wish to express our total opposition of Rev Fr Godwin's continuation of heading our mighty school.

We have come to know the ongoing selfish interest, corruption,drainage of culture and identity of our favorite institution.

These are some of the many reasons as to why we are not happy  with his leadership.

• Poor academic performance compared to the previous years
• Denial of Old boys a chance to be among the staff members of the school even when they have the necessary qualifications.
• Slow development plans for our school  regardless of the energyies put by the Obs. 
• Changing the school uniform without our consent.
• Removal of the famous Saturday outings.
• Denial of our young brothers chances to participate in the recent concluded Coca-Cola soccer gala on orders of the headmaster.(it resulted into a violent strike and students were sent home)
• Old boys are no longer allowed to have reunions at school.
• Changing of dormitory names which were our identity.

We therefore call on the current headmaster to stand down immediately or be censured and other disciplinary measures be taken to restore our school and get it back to the top where it belongs.
