Reunion Homeowners are concerned about the property values and the lack of response from the Management and expect more based on the high cost of membership and HOA fees that we pay. There are huge issues being brought to the community due to the homes being used for parties, it is a huge issue which is causing excessive trash from the parties, the volume of tents and equipment being set up on the lawns for the parties, the violence being demonstrated at the parties evidenced by videos being posted all over social media, and the amount of guests that are lurking in our community and making it unsafe for residents. 

But in addition, the management needs to address an even bigger issue, which is the decline in the maintenance of the overall community, the lack of services being offered to the residents and members,  the closures, reduced hours of services, reduction in staff, reduction in operation hours, and the overall loss of allure which the Reunion community once had and which attracted the homeowners in the first place. Homeowners are growing more and more concerned about how all this could affect the long term property values of the homes and the retention of its current residents and property owners. Where is all the money in HOA fees and membership fees really going? Why isn't the Management Company responding to the homeowners concerns? We demand answers from the Property Management Company!
