Very recently, the board of the Winchester Court Condominium association made the decision to increase the parking fees two fold. What was once $30 is now $75 dollars. This was done without all the board members being present and without any of the community being informed of said motion until after the fact. This is truly ridiculous and needs to be remedied as soon as possible. As the area is population dense, it’s almost impossible to find parking and by increasing the parking price over 100% it puts a huge toll on lower income families apart of the condominium. There was no thought of the community when this decision was made and it needs to be fixed immediately. Please sign and help us out!
