I was on vacation in Georgia and on my way to airport the vehicle I was in broke down while waiting on family to come police came and asked if I needed them I said no I was just waiting on family to come.well they returned 3x more and then came back with CPS and I was asked to go to there office I said I would after I got a lawyer and the worker kept asking me questions and I said I would answer them with lawyer present anyway the police officer said he would charge me with a crime if I didn't go so I went and the worker was in contact with the family members on the way and so she asked for drug screen I said I would after I contacted a lawyer so she left the room came back slammed a paper down saying my son was in danger of being with me and she was taking him and she did and refused to allow family to take him and when we went to court my mom and his father was there from Michigan were we live and the judge put him in foster care and the worker said because we was homeless and had no income which she knew was lie because she had spoken to my mother and knew we lived in Michigan and I was on SSI income anyway 6months down the road I had already did everything they asked of me and they said I didn't do anything and he was sent to my mother in Michigan .I had had the reports from my classes sent to ga.84xs and the worker still said I didn't do anything well in 2019 June the ga.worker lost her job and she proceeded to drive to Michigan and with help from a officer and case worker in Michigan they went to my mom's and kidnapped him because she had lost her job and there was no warrant and no document signed by a judge and they took him to his father's father  house and they have a gaudianship paper saying they have guardianship well the judges name on the paper she said she didn't give anyone guardianship and it was fake she told the police in Michigan but they will not return him I have had lawyers and they have tried to file motions in ga.and Michigan now here it is 2020 2021 Georgia said there is no record of my son in there system ever being in custody and also in Michigan no one will help and nobody knows what to do I have talked to other judges and clerk of courts I have filed grievance in Georgia and sent emails to the mayor office and had lawyers but nobody will do nothing and I have been fighting this since February 15-2018 and my son was 3 now he's 7 and still nobody will help I'm out of money for more lawyers the ones I have had came to conclusion that he was kidnapped and I'm left with no answers and no help from anyone the FBI none will help the laws have changed and everyone has been fired from there job or left  for  filing faults documents and yet me and my son are the ones hurting and the grandparents who have him will not let me or family talk to him or see him I'm lost and these people need to be held accountable for ruining my and my son's life now he's got mental health problems and he will always be terrified to live the house I'm not the only parent who is dealing with this
