Since last year at RHHS, the passing period was changed from 7 minutes to 6 minutes. While many students do understand that this was to lengthen class periods, it has become very stressful for many to get to class on time.

Starting this year, many of the doors were closed. While it was due to an understandable reason, many people have complained about the crowded hallways. For me, it’s difficult to get to my classes on time especially where there are so many people packed into one place. 

I propose two solutions. 
-Changing the passing period back to 7 minutes or 

-Opening more doors for people to pass in and out of 

These two options will limit the amount of tardies and make sure many students get to class on time.
