Great Britain is beginning to look like a 3rd world country, that offers no services yet we have waste bins and refuse tips and other means of recycling white goods and furnishings. In our neighbourhoods we are constantly faced with fly tipping of white goods, sofas and mattresses. I would like the retailers and charity to stamp the name and address of the person who have purchased the goods, to help identify who owned the goods.

I think this will help to cut back on the fly tipping and make people dispose of there belongings in a responsible way, if they are sold on like a vehicle get the buyers details. I cant see it being a difficult task today, they need your address for delivery, they have your payment details due to more people paying by card. I personally think we could reduce the fly tipping buy trying this method, to bring back the streets  to how they once were.
