Complete the resurfacing of Norton Road of Penygroes. 

The residents have had to deal with repeated delays on the new bypass project and are now being denied a request to complete the road which has had heavy construction traffic for the past two years. 

The residents have had to put up with mess in the roads as well as traffic lights which seem to have lasted a lot longer than needed. 

Having the road resurfaced with fresh tarmac now will mean that no more works will need to be completed for several years to come. 

There are people from all walk of life that live here from pensioners to young people with small children.  To just finish what was started is all I ask.

It's a small ask considering the length of time that the project has taken to come to an end.
