All of them are in terrible conditions, they are mocked, tortured, and not fed. Violating all the statutes of the Geneva Convention, Russia also commits terrorist acts with mass murders of POWs.

It is unacceptable to stand by and see our defenders being killed.

We ask everyone not to be silent and to continue the exchange of POWs by signing the petition!

If not now, there will be no one to commit the exchange later.
