Sadly, At the Aberdeen Beach Leisure Center, The Slides & Flumes have been Shut Down. After it’s opening in 1992, They were fine, But after the Lockdown in 2020, the slides & flumes have degraded over time, and the council is refusing to give the funding needed for repairs, so the slides & flumes sadly shut down when the Leisure Centre re-opened, and i am sure these slides were part of many Scottish childhoods, and that is why i am petitioning for them to return! For people old, And New!
