On April 30th, I woke up midnight to find out my insta account has been disabled. It tells me that I violated community guidelines, like what did I violate, I have the right to know. I can't see my friends, text them, or even see their posts, something I miss a lot. I can't even get the photos I posted, especially the ones from the past. 

Alongside, my Facebook account was disabled and there I had so many photos I posted in my album, but were private. I am locked out and insta is trying to ruin my life

I would appreciate any support to get my account back
