HSBC has taken a ‘business decision’ to close counter services in many of its remaining branches. This will affect people who are not able, for whatever reason, to access digital services and need the help of a human being. If a customer needs to take out large sums of cash, they are forced to do so at an ATM , compromising their safety. Please sign to persuade HSBC to restore counter services even for limited days/hours as they are discriminating against the already disadvantaged
