Restore B61 and B77 Bus Service in Red Hook!

We the undersigned residents, workers, and visitors to Red Hook, Brooklyn demand restoration and improvement of community bus service.

Currently the neighborhood is inadequately served by the B61 with long waits and overcrowding. This is a result of the elimination of the B77 and the B75. It has severely inconvenienced visitors, workers, and residents of Red Hook, Brooklyn.

Therefore we demand: all runs on the B61 be covered, additional runs on the B61 to reduce overcrowding, and restoration of the B77.

This petition was delivered to:
  • Majority Leader, New York State Senate
    Dean Skelos
  • Speaker, New York State Assembly
    Sheldon Silver
  • Chief Executive Officer, Metropolitan Transportation Authority
    Joe Lhota
