The Issue

Dynamic Dynamite Divas (D3) was more than just a dance team; it was a vibrant community and a home away from home for dancers of all ages, genders, colors, and styles. It was a sanctuary where dancers and their families felt safe, secure, and harmoniously engaged in the world of dance. D3 stood as a model of inclusivity and diversity in the dance community. It provided a nurturing environment where creativity and talent flourished, and where leadership, sisterhood, bonds, and friendships were cultivated.

Unfortunately, the Dynamic Dynamite Dance Team was discontinued, leaving a significant gap in our community for a program that truly made dance engaging and fun for all involved. The absence of D3 is felt deeply by the dancers and their parents alike, who are left without a valuable resource that provided meaningful extracurricular activities and personal growth.

Dance is not just about the art itself, but also about developing essential life skills, building vital community relationships, and contributing positively to young people's lives. In cities like St. Louis, programs like D3 are crucial for fostering a sense of belonging, creativity, and teamwork among our youth. Let's bring back this invaluable platform to further empower the young dancers of St. Louis so they can benefit from what D3 uniquely offered: a place to express themselves artistically, lead, connect, and grow as individuals.

We are urging the relevant authorities and stakeholders to see the IMMEDIATE need to reinstate the Dynamic Dynamite Dance Team (D3). By bringing back D3, we can ensure that the dance world remains vibrant, inclusive, and accessible to all. Let's celebrate diversity and shared joy in dance by reviving a space where everyone can come together to create, perform, and enjoy the art of dance in its truest form.

Please add your voice to this call for action. Sign this petition to help revive the Dynamic Dynamite Dance Team in St. Louis, Missouri. Let's make dance fun again and reinstate a much-needed platform for our youth and community development.
