Yusuf Topiwala started this petition to Resort management and

We along with my family including 4 kids and 4 elder age went to a thrill valley adventure park situated in yelagiri hills ( Tamil Nadu) after seeing a lot positive review online. At the entrance of thrill valley there were 2 lady who explained us about the adventure and we had took their package they had a adventure ride called Zip Line and they had also said us that you can do this with along with your kids. One of my brother and my niece age 4 year got ready for this ride the staff which they having is uneducated, unskilled, with no manner how to behave with customer had tide them with the rope and hook before the starting my brother told that person that this not tightened properly and he was least bothered  to listen it and just pull them on the rope along with my niece at the end the zip line they have huge tyres to stop ride once they reach there my brother hook got open and fell down from the height of almost 20 ft and he got a very seviourly injured on his chin hands and legs and my nieace was hanging up on the rope almost for 4-5 mns. In the anger i went to the person who tightened them and slap him for not tying it properly and their office staff along with many other rowdy from the outside joined and started beating us and our family including women’s with stick and stone. We merely escaped from there didn’t went to police station fearing that police will be also supporting them. I want this trill valley should be closed as their management didn’t took any responsibilities and instead they joined that rowdy group of more than 25 people and started beating us. This should be not happening there again and request to all the management to keep a safety measures for such ride and a proper trained staff to handle the same
