On September 7, 2021, a new person started as new director. On December 1, 2021 the company was purchased by a new company. Between September 7 and today, January 8, 2022, 13 people including myself have quit or been terminated due to poor leadership. Numerous residents have moved out to different facilities, (about 5 so far). As well as, the company itself cutting costs at the residents expense, i.e: no fresh fruit, only 1 hour per week of activities, bare minimum cable options, some rooms without heating and cooling.  
Residents have gotten incorrect medications, had falls resulting in broken bones and other injuries due to lack of care because of short staff. Some of these injuries have even resulted in death. All while under the leadership of this new director. 

Employee paychecks were written incorrectly for several weeks, which on occasion took several days to correct. On one occasion an employee went above the to corporate to resolve an issue with payment and was subsequently banned from the premises for doing so.  
A nurse was overheard making a comment about overmedicating a patient to keep them quiet. When brought to the attention of, that person was told to keep their mouth shut as not to cause an issue.  
is not qualified or capable of running this facility in a safe and healthy manner, Therefore, we are asking the new director be terminated from position immediately. 
As of February 11, 2022, this facility has 4 CNA’s and 1 med tech per at least 35 residents/patients.
