Petition to Estate Management from VCCE residents for speed regulations and monitoring.

Petition to Estate Management from VCCE residents for speed regulations and monitoring.
It has been brought to the attention of the Estate Residents that traffic regulations within the estate are not effective enough or enforced by security.
Residents have noted cars and motorbikes speeding, non-adherence to stop sign regulations and general reckless driving.
We, as the residential community of Victoria Country Club Estate (VCCE), submit this petition to the VCCE Management owing to an accident that occurred within the estate as a result of reckless driving and speeding. The driver reportedly fled the scene, but the community has gathered video and photographic evidence of the event and will submit this directly to Management, as well as the police, as it was further reported that the driver appeared to be intoxicated.
The VCCE should be a secure location for children to play, family pets to run in gardens, families to walk and the animals from the park to roam freely and securely.
Through this petition, we call on Management to hear the plea of residents and do their job in implementing better traffic regulations. Additionally, these measures should be presented at a forum where residents can voice their opinions and have input on regulations and preventative measures that will be put in place.
Sincerely undersigned,
Concerned residents of VCCE
