In extraordinarily situations extraordinary measures must be taken !

Flights into Thunder Bay have  already been cancelled. To dramatically reduce the  chances of potential coronavirus carriers coming into the city and infecting our residents, we need to stop allowing any new visitors in into our city!

Anyone can leave ... not anyone can enter! Just like at the U.S. and Canadian border, only truckers bringing in food supplies This would require around the clock police patrol at every entry road into Thunder Bay. I assure you this number would be dramatically less than the number of nurses & doctors needed ,ICU beds, and ventilators. We are in lock down anyways ....we must stay away from any social gatherings ... basically stay at home . Why allow potential coronavirus carriers to visit and       exacerbate this Pandemic.

We are in a state of emergency people!

Let’s act accordingly. I call upon our city major  Bill Mauro to barr all non essential travel to Thunder Bay. This would fight the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Let’s have only “essential” or “urgent” travel  as well as the transit of food, medical supplies and all other essential goods continue to be permitted into our city for the foreseeable future. Let’s stop this virus in it’s tracks!
