Request for an enclosed dog exercise area in the shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale

Local council's across Australia are becoming aware of the increasingly large number of families with dogs that make up their population and the growing lack of open space for these dogs to be exercised in.
The Cities of Cockburn, Kwinana, Rockingham all have existing enclosed dog parks which are frequented in high numbers by local residents on a daily basis. The City of Armadale also have recently agreed to create the same. The shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale has approved a temporary open dog area which is unsuitable for dog owners as it is surrounded by road on each side and is a recreational oval used by many children with balls and other items that are extremely attractive to dogs.
This request is for the shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale to create an enclosed dog area within the shire for all residents to enjoy. Suggestions for the area include:
Separate areas for both large and small dogs .
Dual gate entry to avoid dogs escaping
Facilities to provide dogs with water in both enclosures.
Shade and seating for dog owners
Agility equipment for dog entertainment.
