This Petition is for Sri Ivory Apartment, Lengkok Angsana, 11500, Bandar Baru Air Itam, Pulau Pinang.

We have 2 significant problems here:

1)  Our RA is not functioning. There has been no Annual General Meeting (AGM) for more than 5 years, I do not know how they are able to renew their ROS license without an actual AGM.  We need an active RA that communicate proactively with Management Company in order to resolve issues effectively.

2) All of our lifts have been broken down weekly. Our lifts are beyond repairs. There is no transparent information and effective communication from Management Company. How much to cost for a replacement lift? What is the balance of our sinking fund as at to date? Is there are shortfall in fund?  If yes, what is the action plan?

We need you to sign the petition for the following 2, but not the last demands:

1) We urge to have a proper EGM to re-elect new RA committee members.
2) We urge MC take the lift replacement matter seriously before any bad incident that cost life losses happen.
