In order to insure that the voices and the will of the citizens of Richmond are heard, there needs to opportunities for new leadership.  City Council and School Board members should be limited to 2 four year terms.

Term limits for City Council and School Board first and foremost fall in line with the term limits of the Richmond City Mayor as well as the President of the United States.  

Term limits will also make way new ideas and leadership and a fresh approach in creating policy and management.
