With a proposed 8.4% increase in the tax levy, it is with all due respect that we, the constituents of Norfolk County listed below request that Norfolk County Council refrain from moving forward with the proposed new building of a Sports Complex and Seniors’ Centre, known commonly as The HUB on the east side of Simcoe until financial issues are resolved. Stop cuts to museums, community centres, arenas, harbours, staff and other important Heritage and Cultural assets of Norfolk County.
