2 containers and 2 generators and numerous lengths of pipes , 2 uncovered water tanks and 3 open barrels have been deposited on vacant lot at No 39 Roy. A shed is being constructed and workmen come and go.
This began in 2018 December when there was welding , sawing, clanging of pipes as the workmen fabricated ladders etc. This occurred only in the evenings from 5 to 10 pm.
The activity stopped in early 2019 but recommenced 2019 mid September with the construction of a shed.
A tarpaulin has been draped along the fence to block what is going on.
