The teachers union and unionized staff of SAU 40 passed a 99% No Confidence Vote of the new Superintendent. The townspeople voted out the only 2 members of the School Board up for re-election. This negative environment has caused resignations at all levels of faculty and administration in the District. Such a situation will prevent a positive working relationship with the current Superintendent, and Board members Carvell, Siegrist, and Drew. Such a situation will prevent highly qualified teachers and staff from applying to our District for vacant positions. As long as these people hold office, they hurt our district, our kids, and their education. These 4 people must resign immediately from their positions because we can never repair this enormous rift with them staying on.
