Cornell Cooperative Extension of Madison County, (N.Y.) is a necessity for our farmers and residents. 

During 2020, they infused $100,000 of new grant funds for direct benefit programming, provided assistance in more than $5 Million of relief for Madison County farms, assisted in farm Payroll Protection Program applications in excess of $2 Million, provided farmers with over $82,000 of covid related personal protective equipment, assisted in over $5.5 Million of support to Madison County ag businesses with applications for the Caronavirus Food Box program, reached 2100 youth with research-based hands-on educational programming, provided free tax completion services to county senior citizens with a value in excess of $680,000 and so much more.

At a time were we lose 2,000 acres of ag land daily to other uses, Madison County needs Cornell Cooperative Extension for our farms and families to thrive.
