Problem
This is very important to the residents because we feel future and current residents should not have to suffer under their tyrany, disrespect and unfairness.  We started this petition because We need to bring these travesties and misconduct that certain people ( The manager) and/or persons at Keystone mhp 620 Clearwater Largo road largo Fl 33770 are conducting.

    For the some time We have resided at Keystone mhp. I believe this is a huge misjustice and I am bringing it to people's attention now because I am not the only resident who has or is currently residing in keystone mhp with these people and are suffering from their unprofessionalism. Myself as a resident was harassed and retaliated upon my safety concerns of unlicensed construction going on, unfairness, and dishonest answers from manager simply because of a mistake made by a manager who did not want to own up to her mistake, instead the residents was used as a scapecoat and was violated and harassed and the situation was covered up. This is a second misjustice that this manager who works for this mhp have given out. Another resident was harassed due to the position of their outside patio furniture , after being harassed for weeks on end simply because the manager was having a bad day and took her anger out on the residents of Keystone mhp. Another Resident had to give their puppy up for adoption because the new rules state no new dogs meanwhile they moved in with the tiny puppy before new rule was Enacted. There are other dogs in the park which was here before rule was enforced and they were able to keep them without an issue. Another resident was late on lot rent and their home was broken into and locks were changed illegally. Another resident was shown other residents files in the office. Another resident was told to spy on another resident to help management get evidence to have resident evicted. Background check was not ran when a gentleman wanted to buy a home in the park from a private owner just because he was family to another resident the management did not like and had problems with. Another resident was harassed and received written notices about their car they don’t use all the time, which it runs and it legally registered and plated. Another resident was harassed about their front garden display case has rust on it. Another resident was harassed over artificial birds hanging outside home. Another resident was harassed about patio furniture not being used which was stacked on side of their house waiting for company to come over and use which are patio outside furniture. Another resident was charged an enormous bill for water that could fill up a swimming pool and clearly there was a mistake which management doesn’t want to own up to.  Before the owner aka guy comes to inspect park every 3rd Thursday of the month, the manager goes around hiding things under peoples cars, removing peoples property and giving people a heads up he’s coming. Residents are told they can park on grass but when guy comes on 3rd Thursday of month she doesn’t tell him she gave permission to do so, when a resident has a written letter as proof. The management calls it   J....Day! Meanwhile code enforcement office states a permit for a home owner to paint their home or do remodeling inside home is not needed, management states that’s false. Meanwhile residents go to code enforcement and is told no permit is needed. Code enforcement stated clearly what needs a permit and what doesn’t. It’s sad because code enforcement enforces rules and management does not obey them. Many residents have reported un permitted work being done by maintenance guy when ever a home is surrendered to park. When a resident asks the manager a question and is speaking politely they are answered in a rude fashion, when confronted apparently it was spoken in rude manner from the resident but the resident has a recording saying otherwise. Management offered residents handy man services meanwhile code enforcement stated maintenance guy can not work on anyone’s homes.  Management also states things and promises residents things verbally and doesn’t stick to the deal. Residents are afraid to express a complaint to management because the management goes behind residents back and tells other residents what’s being said. Residents problems and issues are spoken to other residents without an issue, in which residents issues should be kept confidential.  Many residents have spoken to management and their being told they threatened management and using it as a scapegoat to cover things up.  Personal information in residents files are being used against them, for example: if management wants to retaliate they have all your information and start making false reports.  Manager has a resident living with herself, her child and boyfriend in the home. Manager has resident working for her and he gets his pay from her. The manager also pays a resident to be her body guard. The manager stated on paperwork that garbage pick up for bulk items is $10 and says nothing about if they have to bring it to the coral she will charge $20. Manager does not know how to separate family issues from work and home in which issues have Arised  and residents had to observe it happening. Manager has towed cars on occasions that did not deserve to be towed. Smoking in the office which is unhealthy when residents are in office. Manager is easily bribed. In my eyes that is extremely unprofessional and needs to be investigated by the corporate office of Keystone mhp, there are many other residents who have suffered due to their tyrany and I am asking the Corporate Office to remove the manager from her position. This manager is very careless, disrespectful, and is giving the Keystone Mhp here in Largo Florida a very bad reputation which is reflected upon the company as a whole.
I hope you sincerly look into this situation because it can not and should not go on any longer. people are losing their lively hood and it is not right. If nothing changes then the Keystone MHP here in Largo Florida will continue to gain a bad reputation based on the unprofessionalism. Also this means residents will sell their homes to escape the nightmare.

Solution
Keystone MHP needs a manager who does not do drugs with residents, have residents reside with them. Creates personal relationships with residents, Respects residents whether or not they are having a bad day, Caring manager who is understanding to residents needs, a manager who does not harass residents on their likings of furnishings and does not show other residents files and personal information to others residing in the park.
