We have heard many complaints about our current HOA and I think it's time to take a stand. All they do is send out petty harassment letters regarding grass. We bought our houses to be able to customize them how we want in order to call it home. It is crazy that they are in charge of telling us what we can and can't do with our properties. We would like to amend our covenants so we are in charge of any improvements we want to make to our homes. We can keep the HOA for the purpose of community upkeep(ie, grass cutting, lighting, etc), but not to dictate what we do with our homes. If you would like to see this happen please sign this petition, we need 90% of our community to make it happen.
