Say "No" to Parkland Clinic at Stults Road and Forest Lane

Parkland Hospital is pursuing purchase of the site of Greater Cornerstone Baptist Church at the southwest corner of Stults Road and Forest Lane to build a 30,000 s.f. clinic.

This project will negatively impact residents of:

Hamilton Park | Northwood Estates | Northwood Heights 

Royal Lane Village | Urban Reserve

This site has problems:

• Site contains a floodplain - threatens safety
• Rezoning request submitted BEFORE floodplain mitigation planning
• Increased traffic density on Stults - gateway to residential community
• A vacant medical facility is ready and waiting at the corner of Greenville Ave. and Stults Road
• Helping Hands Ministry already serves the same population with medical services at Royal Lane and Greenville Ave.
• Clinic will sit at high-accident intersection at Stults and Forest
• More than 90% of the 58 residents surveyed oppose the project
