Greater Faridabad is mostly habited by high rise societies and low rise gated socities. Mostly these are developed by private builders. These builders had charged a hefty amount towards External Development Charges and Internal Development Charges from the residents.

Unfortunately until today, these residents are struggling for getting their promised infrastructure and services.

Now since Greater Faridabad is going to become the part of MCF, we strongly demand that the residents of these societies should be given the chance to represent the Greater Faridabad in MCF.

This demand is based on the fact that gated societies developed by pvt builders have their unique problems which are different than normal HUDA sectors or Gram Panchayats. Only a resident of these societies can understand and represent these unique problems in the House.

So, all the political parties should allocate  MCF Councillors candidature to these societies residents
