Currently our HOA Rules state that we can not have any above ground pools. It is not specific as to if this includes-temporary quick set pools that are only up for the season.
We would like to propose that the rule be amended to allow quick set pools with the following stipulations:
1) Allowed from Memorial Day - the weekend following Labor Day
2) Not visible from a neighborhood street.
3) Not allowed on grass.
4) Must be maintained.
5) Yard must be fenced.
The change in this rule will allow families to utilize their property and enjoy time at home. It also will not detract from the beauty of our neighborhood as it won’t be visible as you drive thru.
