We each pay $750 per year for a small pool, minimal landscaping, and a management company to charge fees for requested changes and to take pictures of our trash cans. 

With the amount of new homes that have gone in with new residents each paying $750 per year, and no new amenities to show for it, we kindly request that our HOA fees for 2022 be lowered to $450 per household until we are able to take over the HOA on our own and re-asses.  

We would also like the landscaping fees looked in to, for the minimal amount of landscaping maintenance needed at Barton Woods, there should be a great company out there that would cost less.
