How many times has a small business in Tarrytown suddenly gone out of business, breaking your heart and hurting the special culture of our town? Let’s demand the local government step in and step up to regulate rents and stop greedy landlords from making it impossible for any small business to survive.

We as the residents should be having in a say in the shaping of this community- not out of control landlords that have no real connection here.
