There have been incidents where people in positions of power have failed to use their power to form collaborative effort with the community members. There have been several times where land in the community has been occupied or intentions have been set out to occupy the land however community members have not been informed. The current objection is against the development of a recreational resort in the community. Again, the community was not informed timeously about this facility and again the community finds itself being on the shorr end of the stick. Thus, here is an opportunity for those involved to right their wrong and consider the community's grievances and feedback.
