Over 500,000,000 straws are used up everyday all over the world; in every restaurant, convenience stores and alike. These straws are usually dropped into a garbage can with a minimal decision, instantly becoming a source of pollution. Small and lightweight, straws often never do not make it into recycling bins, this results to straws ending up into our oceans. Their size makes them one of the most insidious polluters because the entangle marine animals and are consumed by fish.
Plastic straws are non-essential part of our life yet they cause so much damage to the environment. THE SIMPLEST WAY TO REDUCE PLASTIC POLLUTION IS TO REJECT THE USE OF STRAWS, NO STRAW MONDAY!
