The Estate Facilities Management (Prime Water View Management Services) has over the years provided the residents of Primewaterview Gardens Estate 1 & 2 with extremely poor and appalling services at astronomical fees. Their ineptitude has resulted in the death of an occupant, while others narrowly avoid elevator crashes. Been trapped in service elevators are common occurrence within the estate. Electricity and water supply are epileptic at best. The residents simply cannot continue with the current Facilities Management, hence the need to amicably bring their reign to a halt. Otherwise, residents maybe forced to use alternative means to achieve this goal.
