Reverse the decision of Town Council to change the residential zoning of the Fairfax lands to commercial to allow a 5 story hotel to be built.

This zoning change negatively affects the property values of all residential homes bordering this land by approx -30,000.00 each.

There are at least 3 other locations in town where the hotel could be built that have no negative impact on residents.
