I have been residing at 43-25 43rd st. and every year we are freezing in our apartments in the winter. The heat isn’t out on when it’s cold outside because the boiler is always broken. Families, children can get extremely sick due to this! Heat is a human right. Especially because we tenants pay our rent and heat should be included rather than what I have to do which is use electric heat to keep warm. It is unfair to everyone in this building.
