Finding parking around campus is already difficult. As Resident Advisors, our job requires us to be on campus more often than regular residents or commuters but, with the school year picking up, finding a spot is increasingly difficult. RAs are only compensated with housing and food, to afford any other expenses, such as expensive school supplies, most RAs work a second job and require transportation to said job. For the better comfort of RAs who already have to deal with 60+ student residents 24/7, reserved parking should be a given. While not every RA has a car that requires a spot, it should still be assigned to said hall and allowed for the halls residents or the RAs guests.
