Leading banks levy cash transaction charge.

Post demonetization it is evident that all the citizens of the country (India) was in one way or other forced to deposit all their savings to their respective bank accounts. Now the banks have planned to levy charges of minimum ₹150 per transaction after the fourth transaction. Here the concern is that there are places/locations in our country where there is no proper infrastructure to go 'CASHLESS'. Furthermore there are families and person who survive on as little as ₹1000 per week, and has income as less as ₹5000. So on the context if that person for any emergency does an cash transaction of ₹500 he/she will be charged ₹150. Do you think it is justified?! My concern is why the finance ministry, the RBI and the government at large doesn't intervene with this decision of looting general public by leading banks. I pledge to you all to kindly support the issue so that the Banks cannot rob us of our own money.
