I lost my husband in 2016, after fighting a Oligodendroglioma Grade 3 for 9 years. He was told by his Gp that he was stressed. We had no stress in our lives at all, so that was surprising. On his 3rd visit he asked for a referral to see a Neurologist, who diagnosed Epilepsy. A scan revealed a brain tumour.

Having attended our local Cancer hospital, and seeing so many people of different ages, I asked about trials and was told that brain cancer has the least funding!

We need to urge the Health Minister to change this, so sufferers can have the same chance of alternative treatments or even a cure.
