Whereas
    RMD are based on the year-end values of 401K and IRA retirement plans,

Whereas
    The stock market reached an all time high on December 31, 2021,

Whereas
    The stock market is now down 25% (as of July 5, 2022),

Whereass
    There appears with little prospect for recovery before December 31, 2022,

Therefore
    The amount of RMD for 2022 shall be 75% of the standard RMD.

Furthermore
    Any distributions already taken in excess of the Relief Amount may be  returned to the retirement account without penalty.
