During the Kronos hack that spanned 2021-2022 San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, NM could not do the most straightforward task and ensure their employees were paid accurately and fairly. As a result, they are now bullying their staff members into signing a promissory note to repay the money they were given incorrectly. This would be fine if there were any chance that the employees could actually decipher their time cards and pay codes. Before requiring their staff to repay this money, SJRMC should be required to have a neutral third party review the content of the money mishap at their expense. The fact that the burden to prove accurate payment lies on the already overworked staff is absolutely appalling. Support your local hospital staff and make your voice heard.
